Our Products are stand-alone items that can be purchased separately – if you are interested in
groups of Rewarding Success Products packaged together to meet specific needs, go to our
Rewarding Success Packages page.
Brash Solutions is not an ‘off-the-shelf’ product provider, and always ensures
clients’ particular commercial needs are properly taken into account. Invariably,
a client would first obtain Brash Solutions’ Rewarding Success Services
to identify the right solution, and then a suitable Rewarding Success Package
may be provided, followed by provision of one or more Rewarding Success
Products.

Gain Sharing Information Booklet
This booklet would explain in simple terms everything employees need to know about participating in the Gain Sharing System. The booklet includes coverage of such areas as:
identifying the employees who take part in the Gain Sharing System,
determining the scale against which performance is measured (eg ‘revenue generated by the participant less attributable costs’),
tracking employee performance,
defining an employee’s minimum acceptable performance (MAP) beyond which rewards are payable, and
defining and explaining formulas for:
converting above-MAP performance into team or individual employee awards, and
in the case of team rewards, determining how much each team member gets from the team pool. |

Gain Sharing Simulator
The Gain Sharing Simulator would allow you to enter projected gains to employees or teams of employees based on inputted assumptions about scenarios in which your business operates. Once entered, assumptions can then be manipulated to see the effect on returns to employees and the impact on the company’s bottom line and shareholder returns. Variable inputs include:
- gains generated by the employee or team,
- performance benchmarks, and
- percentage returns to employees for gains exceeding each benchmark.
