The RPM System Manual provides all the information needed to implement and maintain the RPM System. Used in conjunction with the

The RPM System Scorecard is a spreadsheet that translates goals and performance into scores that can be used to quantify long and short-term incentive payments to employees. The strength of the RPM System Scorecard is its flexibility to:
differentiate between goals that are to be assessed subjectively versus goals to be assessed objectively,
assign a weighting to each goal,
take account of factors outside the control of the employee, and
produce a percentage score based on the above that is then used to calculate a quantum return to the employee.
