Goal Setting Services comprises our consulting services through which a Goal Setting strategy can be designed and specifically tailored and documented to cater for a client’s individual requirements.
Our Goal Setting Packages consist of combinations of Products
packaged together to provide specific Goal Setting solutions that are customised
to suit the needs of each client, including the T.E.A.M (The Employee Alignment
Method) motivational program, which can be easily implemented at a client’s

Goal setting has a surprisingly profound role in increasing employee performance. Without clearly defined goals and benchmarks against which performance is measured, even the most motivated team of management and employees is unlikely to function at its full potential. In addition to the company clarifying its requirements by setting benchmarks from the top down, we have discovered that employees function optimally when they too clarify their goals. We have developed a program called
T.E.A.M. to integrate company or team goals with employees’ goals – a ‘win/win’ where employees are motivated for their own reasons to work in the company’s best interests.
Brash Solutions has developed the Reward & Performance Management System for Australian companies that want precision in how they measure employees’ performance, and how rewards will flow from good performance. It is flexible enough to be tailored to your business’s needs, and provides a ‘micro’ framework for linking performance with rewards, and for administering your company’s performance and reward policy.
T.E.A.M., which stands for The Employee Alignment Method, has been developed by Brash
Solutions to align what employees want, with the best interests of the company. T.E.A.M involves discovering employees’
wants, blocks in fulfilling their wants, and practical solutions to clear the blocks and align employees’ wants with company or team goals. The
T.E.A.M. program can be conducted over several weeks, both on and off-site and involves 5 strategic phases during which customised questions are asked, consultation sought, analysis conducted, results reported and finally, solutions implemented.
The end result – an environment of greater synergy where employees are motivated
for their own reasons to work in the company’s best interests. This
promotes harmony in the workplace and in doing so, boosts employee performance.
